With the bank holiday weekend here soon, millions of people will be looking forward to an extended four-day break from Friday to Monday to celebrate Easter.

But the celebrations will also see supermarkets making changes to their opening times, with many closing or operating on reduced hours over the weekend.

So whether you are looking to do your big weekly shop or just popping to get some last minute Easter treats, it is best to check when the supermarkets will be open over the weekend.

Here are the opening times for Aldi, Asda, Tesco, M&S, Lidl, Morrisons, Waitrose and Sainsbury’s.

Aldi

Aldi stores will close on Easter Sunday, but will be open from 8am-8pm on Easter Monday.

Stores will open 8am-10pm on Good Friday and Saturday.
