Delivery FAQs
When will I receive my order?
Order by 10pm from Monday to Sunday to get your lenses the next day. We keep our stock levels high, so we can ship the vast majority of orders on the same day, Monday through Sunday. We will share the date we will deliver your order at the checkout.
What if I'm not home?
When possible, we use letterbox-friendly packages that fit through the door, so you don't need to wait around for your delivery.
How much does delivery cost?
You'll get FREE next day delivery and a tracked service on all orders of £59 and over - perfect for saving and having that extra peace of mind. For any orders below £59, next day delivery costs £3.98.
When will my order be dispatched?
To make sure you get everything in one simple delivery, we don't split orders and so we'll ship your order when all the products are ready for despatch.
My order hasn't arrived. What should I do?
Please allow up to 3 working days for delivery to the UK or Ireland. For everywhere else in the world allow up to 10 working days. If you haven't received your order during this time, we recommend that you contact our customer service team here. They're available to help Monday - Friday 8:00 - 21:00, and Saturday - Sunday 8:00 - 18:00. Please be sure to report any missing orders within 30 days of dispatch for UK orders and within 45 days of dispatch for international orders.
Can I order contact lenses without a prescription?
Yes, you can! One of the reasons that we can offer next day delivery on contact lenses is because we don't need to see your prescription when you order. So, if you don't have a prescription to hand when you order your lenses, it's no problem. All you need to do is place your order and we'll concentrate on delivering your lenses the next day, with no fuss. Of course, if you'd like us to check your prescription, we're more than happy to do so. For more information about no prescription needed, click here.

There's a small number of postcodes where next day delivery is not available - and your order will take additional days to be delivered. Please view the table below to see if and how your delivery will be affected.

International delivery
If you live outside of the EU, your order will need to clear customs. There may also be additional charges for Import Duties and local taxes, which are not our responsibility and therefore not included in our pricing. The delivery price for your order will be calculated and shown in your basket when you check out.
